We support accounting and financial processes. We are responsible, among others, for payments, salaries, and aspects of employee settlements. We also manage the process of signing, recording, and registering contracts with clients and partners.
We help employees with resolving technical problems. We develop new tools and ensure that equipment, software, and computer networks work efficiently.
We provide legal support for all lines of KPMG’s business. We prepare and analyse contracts, procedures, and regulations. We are accountable for the analysis of legal risks, regulatory advice, compliance services, corporate affairs advice, and employment law.
We create security, availability, integrity, and confidentiality standards. We support business departments by reducing the risk of information security breaches.
We deal with processes associated with accounting and are responsible for the financial management system. We prepare reports and statements for the management and deliver operational performance reporting.
We make sure that our offices are a pleasant and efficient place to work. We give administrative support to our teams, manage receptions, engage with KPMG guests, and deal with office space management.
We support the implementation of KPMG’s growth strategy. We are involved in sales and marketing activities, as well as external and internal communication. The team prepares analyses, reports, and publications. We are responsible for media relations and organising high-impact events.
Get to know us better
I work in the Learning & Development team. On a daily basis, I support the organization in the area of increasing competitiveness in the aspect of knowledge-based management. I also help employees in the tax consulting departments to develop their professional competencies. The project that brought me the most satisfaction was the development and implementation of online training, e-learning and remote system for 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

I am primarily involved in digitizing KPMG’s processes based on Hybrid Cloud solutions and building and developing modern IT systems for our company. My biggest challenge at work? It’s definitely digital transformation based on modern cloud solutions.
