Business Services

In our dynamically performing support departments, we bring together various capabilities to ensure the smooth running of our business and support employees across all offices in Poland. We reach our candidates, manage the whole recruitment, onboarding, and development process of employees. We are responsible for the financial and accounting management and processes, as well as the effective functioning of our IT systems and work resources. We look after the company’s brand image and expand our client base. Our in-house legal department also safeguards KPMG’s legal security and delivers business solutions.

People&Culture

Thanks to the diverse set of competencies in the Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and L&D teams, we uphold KPMG’s image as an employer, reach candidates, and manage the entire recruitment, onboarding, and development process of employees. We build organisational culture and support our diversity.

Finance

We support accounting and financial processes. We are responsible, among others, for payments, salaries, and aspects of employee settlements. We also manage the process of signing, recording, and registering contracts with clients and partners.

IT

We help employees with resolving technical problems. We develop new tools and ensure that equipment, software, and computer networks work efficiently.

Internal Legal

We provide legal support for all lines of KPMG’s business. We prepare and analyse contracts, procedures, and regulations. We are accountable for the analysis of legal risks, regulatory advice, compliance services, corporate affairs advice, and employment law.

Information Security

We create security, availability, integrity, and confidentiality standards. We support business departments by reducing the risk of information security breaches.

Financial Controlling

We deal with processes associated with accounting and are responsible for the financial management system. We prepare reports and statements for the management and deliver operational performance reporting.

Administration

We make sure that our offices are a pleasant and efficient place to work. We give administrative support to our teams, manage receptions, engage with KPMG guests, and deal with office space management.

Clients&Markets

We support the implementation of KPMG’s growth strategy. We are involved in sales and marketing activities, as well as external and internal communication. The team prepares analyses, reports, and publications. We are responsible for media relations and organising high-impact events.

I work in the Learning & Development team. On a daily basis, I support the organization in the area of increasing competitiveness in the aspect of knowledge-based management. I also help employees in the tax consulting departments to develop their professional competencies. The project that brought me the most satisfaction was the development and implementation of online training, e-learning and remote system for 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

My goal is to provide IT solutions to support KPMG’s business and support departments. I am primarily involved in digitizing KPMG’s processes based on Hybrid Cloud solutions and building and developing modern IT systems for our company. My biggest challenge at work? It’s definitely digital transformation based on modern cloud solutions.
