My main task is to directly supervise the audit process. When starting a new project, I plan the audit, identify key issues, assess risks. An important part of my work is the selection of the team, the division of tasks and their verification. On a daily basis, an important part of my work is talking to clients, during which I often report on the results of the audit. Through this I develop not only my technical skills, but also my interpersonal skills.

For me, this is the basis of successful projects and good cooperation. I also enjoy our off-duty integrations and going out to lunch together. 3rd, 4th, and 5th year of study or graduate
fields of study: economics, finance and accounting, management, banking, controlling, quantitative methods, mathematics, IT and related studies
for senior positions, and depending on the level of the position, experience in the field of audit or consulting for financial institutions is required
very good command of English
ability to formulate conclusions clearly
ability to communicate and work in a team
data analysis and synthesis skills
knowledge of MS Excel, and in some teams also data processing and analysis languages such as SQL, Python, R
