Participants about the programme

I participated in last year’s edition of World of Audit. What motivated me to join the program was the fast recruitment process and the engaging workshop topics. What I enjoyed the most was the opportunity to meet my future colleagues during the workshops. This helped me to make sure that KPMG was the right place for me and made it much easier to settle into my new workplace later on. As soon as I joined the team, I went through several introductory training sessions, followed by simple project tasks that gradually increased in complexity. I’m impressed by how much I’ve already learned and this is just the beginning of my journey in audit!
Gabi, Associate I, Financial Institutions Audit

Thanks to World of Audit, I had the opportunity to gain a better understanding of what an auditor’s job entails and expand my knowledge through engaging workshops and case studies. What I appreciated most about the program was the high quality of the workshops – both in terms of content and organization. On my first project, I joined an amazing team that provided me with great support from day one. Every task was thoroughly discussed, and the “speak up” culture made me feel comfortable asking questions and sharing my insights, allowing me to contribute creatively to the project right from the start. I work in both Polish and English and participate in projects based on PAS, IFRS, and USPCAOB accounting standards.
Janek, Associate I, Corporate Audit
