Participants about the programme

World of Audit - get an internship or job offer in audit

I was encouraged to participate in World of Audit by the fast recruitment process and the engaging workshop topics. During the workshops I had the opportunity to meet my future colleagues. This helped me settle into my new workplace more easily. After joining the team, I started with simple project tasks that gradually increased in complexity. I’m impressed by how much I’ve already learned and this is just the beginning of my journey in audit!

World of Audit - get an internship or job offer in audit

WoA was my first real step in developing in the field of audit. During the workshops, we worked in teams of four, and from the very beginning I felt that we were truly collaborating, exchanging ideas, and solving tasks together. After the program, I received a job offer for the Associate I position. I started with preparing leadsheets and reconciling samples, and now, as an Associate II, I design audit procedures, lead meetings, and support junior team members.

For me, the biggest advantage of the programme was the job guarantee with 100% attendance at the workshops. In WoA we learn from experienced auditors who share their knowledge and tips. These are not just dry facts – they are practical examples from projects that we can later use in our everyday work. I started my job as an Associate I with a 3‑week Induction training – it was a very valuable time during which I could properly prepare for my first project.
