    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies
    • Familiarity with software development tools and technologies
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Knowledge in in Power BI/Query, Alteryx, Visual Basics, RPA, Python scripts or a programming language is a plus

    • Work with stakeholders to identify and document software requirements
    • Define software solutions that meet business needs
    • Create functional specifications and use cases for software development teams
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are met
    • Ensure that software solutions are tested and delivered to meet customer expectations
    • Participate in the development of project plans and timelines
    • Identify project risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them
    • Ensure that project stakeholders are informed of project status and issues
    • Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams
    • Continuously improve the software development process
