- Knowledge in in Power BI/Query, Alteryx, Visual Basics, RPA, Python scripts or a programming language is a plus

- Work with stakeholders to identify and document software requirements
- Define software solutions that meet business needs
- Create functional specifications and use cases for software development teams
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are met
- Ensure that software solutions are tested and delivered to meet customer expectations
- Participate in the development of project plans and timelines
- Identify project risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them
- Ensure that project stakeholders are informed of project status and issues
- Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams
- Continuously improve the software development process
