- At least 3 years of professional experience in a Consulting firm with the focus on Finance transformation
- Finance transformation know-how (key design options, toolsets and methodologies)
- Past involvement in global projects
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or similar
- Good understanding of selected Finance processes, such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Perform processes
- Know-how about IT solutions supporting process digitalization highly preferred
- Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving attitude and good organization skills
- Proactive personality with the motivation to shape own career
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English, German highly preferred
- Knowledge of ERP system functionalities (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus

- Support activities in the area of Finance Transformation (Finance service delivery model optimization and/or Finance processes optimization and/or Finance processes digitalization), in particular:
- Assess, analyze and benchmark Finance organization performance
- Support identification and prioritization of most optimal Finance optimization solutions
- Support implementation of the prioritized solutions according to the own subject matter expertise
- Support implementation of centralized Finance operating models, based on GBS, Shared Service and Outsourcing models
- Support optimization and automation of Finance processes, including Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Perform and other
- Provide high project deliverables (e.g. analysis outputs, Power Point presentations and other)
- Directly collaborate with KPMG experts in Switzerland and KPMG member firms worldwide
- Build trusted relationships with client organization based on high work ethics
- Ensure compliance of deliverables in line with KPMG and client standards

As a part of our continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Senior Consultant located in Warsaw as a part of our extended team. In this client facing role, the consultant will support Finance Strategy & Transformation projects for our Swiss-based clients.
