(Junior) Consultant – International Compensation

    • Check our requirements

    • Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of any additional language is a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field is preferred
    • New graduates are preferred (maximum of two years’ professional work experience)
    • Experienced user of MS Office (Excel) and general data management tools
    • Good analytical and organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
    • An eye for detail even when faced with large quantities of data from a variety of sources
    • Experience in Power BI/Query, Alteryx, Visual Basics, RPA, Python scripts or a programming language is a plus

    • Perform reviews and analysis of variety of payroll related data for international employees
    • Get actively involved in technology improvements and business development related activities

    • Establish and maintain relationships within the global KPMG network as well as our global client base
