  • Our requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a UX/UI Designer or similar role
    • Proven experience designing web and mobile applications
    • Hands-on experience creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
    • Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles, methodologies, and industry trends
    • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to work
    • Portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI projects and design achievements

    Languages:

    • English – at least B2 (working proficiency)
    • Polish – at least C2 (working proficiency)

    Tasks

    We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Software Engineering team and help create intuitive, user-centered digital solutions supporting employees across Poland and the CEE region.

     

    • Design user-centered web solutions and occasionally support other graphic design initiatives
    • Create concepts, wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
    • Design modern, visually appealing user interfaces aligned with current UX/UI best practices and design trends
    • Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable improvements
    • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and project teams throughout the product lifecycle
    • Develop and maintain UX standards, guidelines, and design consistency across products
    • Ensure compliance with brand identity and visual design principles
    • Contribute to continuous enhancement of user experience across digital platforms
    • Take ownership of UX/UI activities for assigned products and initiatives, from discovery and concept development through implementation and continuous improvement 
    • Design and improve digital products, including web applications, internal business systems, and other solutions supporting employees across the organization 
    • Use design and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma​ to create, document, and communicate design solutions effectively
