    • Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is essential, providing a solid foundation for strategic decision-making and leadership.
    • Fluent English: Proficiency in English is crucial for effective global communication and collaboration, while Polish is preferred for seamless interaction within KPMG Poland, however, not required.
    • Independent and Collaborative Work: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while effectively leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
    • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex challenges and devise impactful solutions.
    • Knowledge of Tax and Payroll Legislation: Comprehensive understanding of income tax and payroll legislation regarding incentive compensation across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, is advantageous.
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

    • Global Coordination: Lead the strategic coordination of information exchange between KPMG member firms, ensuring our data is perpetually current, precise, and relevant.
    • Deadline & Data Accuracy Management: As a manager, enforce the highest standards of service quality by guaranteeing the delivery of accurate data to clients within specified timelines.
    • Client & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the principal contact for client interactions, provide unmatched support, and spearhead the management of relationships with third-party vendors to foster efficient service delivery.
    • Tool Development & Testing: Steer the ongoing development and testing of our market-leading tool, ensuring it remains aligned with the evolving demands of our clients.
    • Marketing & Client Acquisition Support: Lead and support global marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and facilitating the acquisition of new clients.
    • Team support: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to their career development.
