    • Significant years of pre-sales, consulting, or business analysis experience including responses to RFIs, RFPs and client facing presentations; ServiceNow experience is a major plus.
    • Proven technical acumen and experience demonstrating technology solutions.
    • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its core constructs, modules, and possibilities.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to​ travel to client meetings, team meetings, and conferences as required.
    • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the skill to work well under pressure.
    • Motivated self-starter, with a willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • ServiceNow certifications are seen as a significant asset.

    • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
    • Design high-quality ServiceNow solutions and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with customers to identify their challenges and needs to propose adaptable solutions.
    • Produce detailed technical documentation and specifications based on customer requirements.
    • Study all new product releases and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
    • Develop a strong relationship with key client stakeholders and establish a strategic partnership.
    • Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to achieve sales goals.
    • Provide technical input into the sales cycle including solutioning, estimating, creating and presenting client proposals. This will include opportunities in ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, HR, and CSM.
