    • Ability and demonstrated experience in running large scale application transition & transformation programs
    • Demonstrated experience in leading sprint planning efforts, reviewing stories against business requirements, splitting epics, and organizing development teams
    • Experience on multiple ServiceNow products – ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, TPSM, HRSD, Workplace Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, CSM, AppEngine, OT & ESC Pro
    • Demonstrable delivery experience with project commercial & delivery teams and high client satisfaction ratings
    • ITIL Foundation or higher certification(s)
    • Agile certification(s)
    • Multiple ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification(s)
    • Experience in conducting and documenting due-diligence for customer tools & processes
    • Experience on configuration management – process definition, modeling and process refinement
    • Experience on ServiceNow foundation data management and data modelling
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

    • Guide, mentor and train team members
    • Create value-adds and accelerators on ServiceNow
    • Define and implement differentiators for ServiceNow development and support projects

    Now we are looking for ServiceNow Lead Architect. As a  ServiceNow Lead Architect, you will be responsible for leading, scoping, designing, development and implementation activities across client projects to deliver world class ServiceNow based solutions. Being a part of KPMG you will analyze new business requirements and their correct technical implementation solutions using industry best practices. Working closely with client engagement leads, ServiceNow architects, connected service teams, project managers, business analysts, developers and testers you will guide the design through to implementation and beyond.
