Our requirements
- Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow ITSM configuration and operations (forms, workflows/flows, catalog, SLAs, reporting basics).
- Ability to translate process requirements into platform functionality and explain constraints/trade-offs.
- Experience working with regulated control environments (auditability, access controls, traceability).
- Nice-to-have: understanding of CMDB touchpoints within ITSM (CI usage in incidents/changes) and integration basics (Import Sets/APIs).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia for a period of 4 months
Tasks
- Provide hands-on functional expertise across core ITSM modules to support BAs and process teams with platform-aligned solutions
- Advise on ServiceNow best practices and feasibility: out-of-the-box patterns vs configuration, impacts to processes/data, dependencies and risks
- Configure and optimise ITSM capabilities (as applicable): Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, SLAs/OLAs
- Support testing activities: functional testing, UAT support, defect triage, configuration validation and post-release stabilization
- Ensure alignment with governance and control expectations: role-based access, audit trails, segregation of duties, controlled change practices
