Join KPMG’s Global Mobility Services (GMS) – Global Equity Team (GET) and help shape a next generation, AI augmented global equity platform used by leading multinational organizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (e.g. in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field) is essential.
- Fluent English: Proficiency in English is crucial for effective global communication and collaboration, while Polish is preferred for seamless interaction within KPMG Poland, however, not required.
- Independent and Collaborative Work: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex challenges and devise impactful solutions.
- Knowledge of Tax and Payroll Legislation: Good understanding of income tax and payroll legislation regarding incentive compensation across multiple jurisdictions; experience with US, UK or Swiss tax rules is a strong advantage.
- Technical skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (including working with larger datasets, checks and reconciliations) and Word.
- AI, Automation and Digital Mindset: Genuine interest in AI and a willingness to follow the latest trends and explore practical applications in a professional context. Hands‑on experience leveraging digital tools to improve or partially automate processes, including advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. lookups, complex formulas, macros). Familiar with data transformation and visualization tools such as Power BI / Power Query, Alteryx or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in tax, payroll, equity compensation or a related domain.

- Client Service Delivery: Provide support and guidance for the processing of equity and incentive award payroll calculations and instructions, utilizing our advanced, flexible platform. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and adherence to defined service level agreements, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining the high standards of client satisfaction.
- Global Coordination: Facilitate the seamless exchange of information between KPMG member firms, coordinating the tax treatment updates regarding incentive compensation, guaranteeing that our data remains current, accurate, and relevant.
- Deadline & Data Accuracy Management: Uphold high standards of service quality and data integrity. Delivery of accurate data to clients within specified timelines, including managing peak periods and critical deadlines.
- Client & Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients and manage day-to-day coordination with third-parry vendors, ensuring aligned processes and seamless client experience. Deliver exceptional support to clients’ HR, Global Mobility, Payroll and Reward teams.
- Tool Development, Testing & Automation:Contribute to the ongoing development and testing of our market leading global equity tool, ensuring alignment with evolving client demands and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to simplify and automate repetitive or manual day-to-day activities and enhance workflows using tools such as Power Query, Power BI, Alteryx or similar. Explore practical applications of AI (e.g. for data review, documentation drafting, or analysis support).
- Marketing & Client Acquisition Support:Support internal and external global marketing initiatives to boost the visibility of our Global Equity Team and its technology-enabled services. Assist in preparing materials and analyses for proposals and presentations to potential new clients, highlighting our digital and AI driven capabilities.
- Team support & Development: Support junior team members by fostering their professional growth and contributing to their career development. Share knowledge on tax, processes and tools, including how to leverage AI and automation safely and effectively in daily work. Contribute to internal best practices, documentation and templates that help the whole team deliver consistently high-quality service.

Our Swiss based Global Mobility Services (GMS) team, consisting of over 100 members, is dedicated to all facets of mobility, including tax compliance, advisory services, and comprehensive support for our clients' HR, Global Mobility and Payroll departments. We oversee global KPMG services for some of the largest Swiss-based companies and have pioneered advanced technology solutions for the international market.
