- at least 3 years of recent direct experience in customs managed services delivery.
- experience in FTA and/or classification and a strong understanding of other Trade & Customs areas
- excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to plan and conduct in-depth reviews of transactional data using data and analytics
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
- strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- collaborative team player with a focus on continuous improvement
- ability to travel both domestically and internationally

- contributing to the continued enhancement of services, including improvements in process, training, and technology
- performing managed service activities (such as HTS/ECCN classification, post entry review, and/or FTA related services)
- applying independent judgment to review intermediate and complex trade compliance work products, confirming their correctness, and identifying necessary revisions
- staying current with updates and changes in trade regulations, including new regulations like Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and ensuring these are effectively monitored within the organization
- identifying areas for improvement in the quality control process and assisting in the implementation of changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
