- responsible for client relations and day to day management of the engagement together with Lead Member Firm
- agree, set, and enforce engagement management service standards
- spot & act on internal vs. external message inconsistency
- maintain top technical & service standards and engagement set-up/end processes
- oversee continuous development of tools
- constant review, reform and implementation of best practices/process
- consistent review, reform, and global coordinated alignment of processes
- ensure continuous focus on key initiatives that drive our Quality and achieve Operational Excellence through standardization, centralization, automation, and innovation
- provide oversight support to GDC with regards to the engagement processes
- monitor Global Coordination & Billing Model and suggest process and technology improvements. Lead discussions related to technical enhancements
- manage team activities to ensure compliance with KPMG risk management policies and procedures
- identify, highlight, and nurture talent
- help promote team morale, competitiveness
- conduct experienced hire recruiting
- able to manage people located in different KDN locations
- present KDN services to country leaders and targeted offices, maintain active market presence
- participate in new RFPs and client pursuits
- develop and deploy standard training in regards to client requirements, global processes and technology use, spread awareness, coach, and assist teams and local offices
- devise, promote Coordination & Billing workstream agenda
- establish, keep relations with KPMG network
- link together Tech, GET/GPM, Core, Markets, Transition, Compensation workstreams
- support the GMS Immigration Solution Owner on the creation of the future global immigration model
- ensure internal/external projects are managed to the highest standards
- able to discuss client projects and take forward next steps for the timely completion of each request
- able to monitor and guide multiple teams based in different locations
- contribute to budget discussions
- liaison with billing team to ensure timely client billing and oversee inter-firm reconciliation process
- review and approve monthly finances based on the support provided to each engagement
- prepare and analyze annual finance reports for KDN services
- ensure MFEs and risk process for the work are completed
