- several years of professional experience (3-5) in data analytics, ideally in an HR analytics context
- strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with Alteryx, SQL, Python, R is a plus
- solid understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, and workforce data structures
- experience translating complex data into clear insights for non‑technical audiences
- structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive working style
- proficient English skills; German is an advantage

- work closely with KPMG Switzerland
- prepare and deliver ad hoc and regular HR reports, numbers, and working lists for stakeholders across the firm
- design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
- analyze workforce data and translate business questions into meaningful metrics, analyses, and actionable insights across the employee lifecycle
- support workforce planning, talent reviews, and compensation processes
- highlight data inconsistencies and support high data quality across HR systems
- automate recurring analyses and reporting processes using analytics tools

Get to know the team better
Our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence team is involved in broadly defined support of HR Teams in Employment, Recruitment, Learning & Development related activities at KPMG companies in Western Europe. Among other things, we are responsible for handling of administrative HR tasks, joiner, mover and leaver processes, preparation of employee documentation, interview coordination, posting job advertisements, conducting preselection and direct search of candidates, participation in performance, feedback & onboarding process and administration of L&D tools.
