(Senior) Consultant with German – HR Transformation

- Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a HR Transformation, HR Operations or HR Generalist position and experience within a Management Consulting firm. Experience within Consulting will be an asset
- Good understanding of HR process and technology. Experience in transformation projects, including reorganizations within the HR function, HR Process optimization, HCM implementation projects, implementation of a HR shared service center or similar, would be an asset
- Knowledge of HR tools (Workday and/or SuccessFactors)
- Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of HCM systems (SAP, Workday etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are necessary, French a plus
- Able to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines; very good communication and analytical skills

- Participate in designing and delivering strategies and solutions to improve processes, systems, and organizational set-up of HR functions to meet business objectives
- Support the team in project dedicated to solutions to improve the organization of various HR teams
- Support HR organizations in improving the efficiency and quality of their shared services, the strategic partnership of their HRBPs and the innovation of the CoEs
- Drive the streamlining and simplification of HR processes (including hire-to-retire and all talent related processes)
- Participate in reviewing the client’s HR technology landscape and providing insights on market leading solutions across the HR value chain
- Contribute to the business development process by building KPMG's relationship to new and existing clients
- Deliver proposals for the acquisition of new engagements with national and international clients
