    • Minimum 5 years of working experience in delivering software releases of enterprise platforms or as an IT Project Manager with strong SDLC knowledge
    • Fluent English communication both in speaking and writing
    • Excellent communication skills, that will help you work with business users and technical developers
    • Analytical thinking, positive energy, proactivity, „I can do” attitude
    • Team work skills and ability to work effectively in a team as well as in a scattered environment

    Additional assets:

    • Experience with Azure DevOps
    • Technical background
    • Knowledge of various project management frameworks (e.g. Kanban, Scrum)

    • Coordinating, planning, and maintaining the release roadmap of multiple parallel releases
    • Planning release go-live and post-go-live activities
    • Planning, coordinating, and tracking change activities throughout the release process
    • Leading release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each release milestone
    • Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration
    • Managing the communication with stakeholders
    • Preparing release status updates, release notes, and other relevant communications

    Our Tax Technology team deals with creating and implementing advanced IT solutions that support wide range of business and tax calculation processes. They are mainly related to international personal income taxes (GMS – Global Mobility Services) and human resources management. We are located in Switzerland, United States as well as in Poland. We are looking for candidates with passion, who would like to join our rapidly growing team in Kraków and Warszawa.
