- 5–8 years of project management experience (experience in operational projects in business support or audit procedures is a plus)
- experience in managing international projects and coordinating distributed teams
- practical knowledge in process mapping (BPMN), creating flow charts, and developing test and deployment plans
- experience in coordinating inter-process dependencies and standardizing processes in a multi-hub/multi-country environment (CEE, cross-border)
- proficiency in tools: Visio, Microsoft 365; Power BI for reporting is a plus
- knowledge of PMO governance (RAID, change control, dependency management, readiness)
- proficient in English at least at a C1 level (daily regional collaboration); knowledge of Polish or another CEE language is an additional advantage
- ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders, including conflict resolution and consensus building
- ability to analyze processes, identify dependencies, and manage risks while maintaining discipline in task execution
- clear and effective communication – ability to convey information at both operational and C-level, documenting project decisions and statuses

- support subject matter teams in project execution
- document processes: create BPMN, control point maps, RACI descriptions, checklists
- plan and conduct SIT/UAT testing, manage defect backlogs
- prepare deployment plans (pilot, migration, cutover, hypercare) and provide support during implementations
- map dependencies and touchpoints between processes/service lines
- lead workshops to align on common positions
- maintain the repository of decisions (RoD) and catalog of integration interfaces/processes
- manage project schedules, milestones, RAID risks/issues/changes, and prepare status reports for the Steering Committee
- ensure alignment with the goals of the CEE Audit Cluster program and decision-making directions; prepare status and decision-making materials
- enforce deadlines and readiness for go-live in local and cross-border hubs, prepare dependency plans and readiness checklists

Get to know the team better
The Audit Support Center (ASC) team within the Enterprise Audit department supports KPMG audit teams in Poland by managing audit projects, including the verification of financial statements and conducting detailed testing. We provide comprehensive assistance in the external confirmation process and support during the planning phases of audit projects. You’ll work on projects involving modern IT tools and audit documentation. The role combines support for subject matter experts with coordination of processes and oversight of alignment with the goals of the CEE Audit Cluster integration program.
