People Data & Systems Specialist - International People & Culture​

    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a systems/data-focused role
    • Demonstrated ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system workflow
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
    • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; working knowledge of ServiceNow and DocuSign is strongly preferred.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
    • Understanding of confidentiality of all People data and adherence to all relevant data privacy regulations
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
    • Ability to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
    • Quick learner who can follow directions, work independently, and show initiative
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

    • Maintain stewardship of KPMG people data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness for reporting needs
    • Support the P&C Innovation & Insights Analyst in designing, building, and delivering insights through effective analysis and reporting
    • Proactively identify and implement data quality improvements in collaboration with stakeholders
    • Investigate and resolve complex data issues (e.g., incomplete or conflicting data, workflow or DocuSign errors, data flow inconsistencies)
    • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests with accurate, high-quality analyses
    • Monitor data flows and system integrations to quickly identify and address inconsistencies or workflow breaks
    • Work with technical support teams to implement system enhancements and fixes, ensuring data integrity
    • Provide hands-on support for Innovation & Operations projects, including requirements, documentation, UAT, and implementation
    • Uphold data confidentiality, privacy, and compliance standards

    The KPMG International People & Culture (P&C) team works to ensure our people are supported whilst carrying out their Global roles. The team consists of P&C Business Partners who provide designated support to each Global group and Global leader, and P&C Advisors who work closely with leadership in each of the core locations. Together, the team is responsible for ensuring the best possible experience for our people, irrespective of whether they are in long-term Global roles or shorter secondments.  The P&C team is the custodian of the people and talent strategy for KPMG International, which includes providing guidance on recruiting new talent, welcoming new joiners, managing performance, supporting career progression, overseeing reward decisions, and improving colleague engagement.
