    • undergraduate University degree preferred
    • demonstrate an understanding of immigration processes and common issues; keep informed of current immigration developments, trends, and best practises on a globally level
    • ability to analyze complex immigration matters and effectively communicate solutions to external clients in collaboration with our local offices and external vendors
    • understand basic and complex application processes
    • ability to tackle problems under tight deadlines
    • support complex immigration advisory work lead by Member Firm offices
    • working experience within Immigartion setting
    • excellent organizational and prioritization skills
    • project Management: Ability to project manage multiple Global Immigration clients and work under pressure
    • strong professionalism and overall confidence
    • highly efficient with technology/ tools
    • proficient communicator in written and spoken English (other languages advantageous but not required)
    • ability to build relationships/ trust both with the internal teams and clients
    • experience and ability to work with confidential material
    • roficiency in MS Office tools

    • responsible for KPMG relations with the local Member Firms and Third Party Suppliers for client engagements in GPS model
    • keep track of work volumes, client wins and flag resourcing needs
    • support client transitions along with the Transition CoE team and closely monitor team activities during the hyper care period
    • manage team activities to ensure compliance with KPMG risk management policies and procedures
    • provide review and approval of client facing material (QBR, ad hoc reporting, Newsflash communications) before sending it to Lead Member Firm
    • monitor Global Coordination & Billing Model and suggest process and technology improvements. Lead discussions related to technical enhancements
    • support client billng process, review draft invoices prepared by KDN Operations team
    • review timesheets and monitor chargeable hours and utilisation of the team
