    Discover the tasks that are waiting for you

    • designing, developing and delivering learning and development programmes, such as Development Centers and Assessment Centers
    • responsibility for process improvement, budgeting, communication, staffing, cooperation with third-party vendors and negotiations of fees
    • building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, country representatives, trainers (internal and external), HoLs, training coordinators and third-party vendors
    • creating and implementing L&D policies and procedures
    • providing input into CEE HR and L&D in-person events and conference calls
    • providing support to local L&D professionals within the CEE L&D initiatives and trainings
    • managing Business & Leadership Skills curriculum from design to delivery and deployment
    • working closely with all team members on all operation matters
    • helping with recruiting and onboarding operationally new members of the team, if needed
    • playing the role of PM/Buddy for members of the People team

    Our recruitment process

    Get to know the team better

    Currently the CEE People Team is based out of Warsaw and Prague. The team works closely with local HR and L&D departments in Central and Eastern Europe and serves as a point of contact for various L&D and HR related matters. The team is responsible for organizing  trainings, development and assessment centers as well as online events that support development of employees in the region.
