    • university degree in psychology, administration, economics or social sciences or a comparable field of study
    • interest in HR and willingness to develop in this area
    • excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken (C1 level)
    • communicative knowledge of Polish
    • first experience in a HR team, preferably in HR admin
    • further basic professional training in the HR area nice to have
    • very good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • strong attention to detail and independent way of working
    • committed, service-oriented, resilient and team-oriented personality

    • handling of administrative HR tasks in a timely and efficient manner (e.g. joiner, mover and leaver administration, quality assurance of work and interim references)
    • preparing contract changes and agreements for Senior HR Advisors or employees during the employment relationship (e.g. agreements for maternity leave, unpaid leave, confirmations and further training)
    • answering various questions from employees and supervisors about the employment relationship, working closely with Payroll
    • all tasks will be performed in close cooperation with colleagues in the HR team in Switzerland

    Get to know the team better

    Our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence team is involved in broadly defined support of HR Teams in Employment, Recruitment, Learning & Development related activities at KPMG companies in Western Europe. Among other things, we are responsible for handling of administrative HR tasks, joiner, mover and leaver administration, preparation of employee documentation, interview coordination, posting job advertisements, conducting preselection and direct search of candidates, participation in performance and feedback process, administration of L&D tools.
