- You have hands-on experience in payroll or HR, preferably gained in an international environment.
- You are familiar with the challenges related to employee relocation, including tax and social security (ZUS) considerations for cross-border assignments.
- You’re detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, global setting.
- You communicate confidently in English and enjoy partnering with both clients and internal teams.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- You work effectively independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to handle complex cases and propose practical solutions.
- Knowledge of income tax and payroll regulations in the US, UK, or Switzerland will be considered a strong plus.

- Prepare Global Payroll Instructions: Use your expertise to create clear, detailed instructions for local payroll teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency for employees on international assignments.
- Coordinate Information Flow: Act as a key link between clients and our internal teams, making sure all information related to international relocations is communicated smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage Deadlines & Data Accuracy: Take responsibility for delivering precise payroll and HR data on time, upholding the highest standards of quality for our clients.
- Be a Client & Vendor Partner: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and third-party vendors, especially regarding international assignments, payroll, and HR matters.
- Leverage Advanced Tools: Use our state-of-the-art technology to deliver services that meet and exceed client expectations, in line with our service level agreements.
- Drive Tool Development: Contribute your insights to the ongoing improvement and testing of our tools, ensuring they support the unique needs of global mobility and international payroll.
- Support Marketing & Growth: Get involved in projects that promote our services and help us attract new clients globally.
