- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Fluent English: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration. Basic Polish helps but not required.
- Independent and Collaborative Work: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of Tax and Payroll Legislation: Familiarity with basic income tax and payroll legislation in the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland is a plus.
- Technical skills: Knowledge in Power BI/Query, Alteryx, or other workflow tools is a plus.

- Client Service Delivery: Support and process equity and incentive award payroll calculations and instructions using our advanced, flexible platform, ensuring all activities comply with payroll regulations and service level agreements while consistently meeting client expectations.
- Global Coordination: Facilitate the seamless exchange of information between KPMG member firms, coordinating the tax treatment updates regarding incentive compensation, guaranteeing that our data remains current, accurate, and relevant.
- Deadline & Data Accuracy Management: Uphold the highest standards of service by delivering precise data to clients within established timelines.
- Client & Vendor Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support, and managing relationships with third-party vendors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Data Automation: Leverage workflow automation tools to streamline data processing and reporting, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across payroll and incentive award operations.
- Tool Development & Testing: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and testing of our market-leading tool, ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Marketing & Client Acquisition Support: Support both internal and external global marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and assist in acquiring new clients.
