Our requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst
- The ability to analyze the needs and functional requirements of the client
- Fluent English communication both in speaking and writing
- Excellent communication skills, that will help you to work both with business users and technical developers
- Experience in working in an IT environment – knowing and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Analytical thinking, positive energy, proactivity, „I can do” attitude
- Teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a team as well as in a scattered environment
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platform
- Knowledge in various project management frameworks (ex: Kanban, Scrum)
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Experience with Figma or another wireframe design tool
Tasks
- Gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements and translating them to implementation specifications
- Taking responsibility for planning and reporting on the status of Features allocated to our Backlog
- Effective communication and alignment of plans with all stakeholders
- Collaborating with subject-matter experts and developers during Feature delivery
- Working closely with Development, Design and Quality Teams to ensure the quality of delivered software
- Supporting integration teams during client on-boarding
- Keeping project documentation up to date
- Training users and presenting software functionality
