    • At least 3 years of professional experience in People Analytics or a comparable HR data-focused position• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboards and visualizations), SAP (HR modules), and Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, and large dataset management)• Skilled in designing clear, insightful, and visually compelling data presentations using Power BI and PowerPoint• Experienced in defining, monitoring, and analyzing key HR metrics such as FTE, turnover, gender ratio and workforce trends• Strong ability to interpret HR data and transform findings into strategic business recommendations• Fluent in English and Polish• Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management capabilities• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized in managing complex analytical tasks

    • Analyze HR data across CEE region to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities• Translate data into meaningful business insights supporting strategic decisions within People & Culture and business leadership• Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems and reports• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accessibility of HR data• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and engaging way• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR data processes, tools, and methodologies• Ensure compliance with KPMG’s internal policies, data protection standards, and GDPR requirements• Monitor regional HR trends such as mobility, retention, engagement, and diversity & inclusion
