    • Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is essential, providing a solid foundation for strategic decision-making and leadership.
    • Fluent English: Proficiency in English is crucial for effective global communication and collaboration. Polish is preferred for seamless interaction within KPMG Poland, but not required.
    • Independent and Collaborative Work: Proven ability to work autonomously while successfully leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
    • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
    • Knowledge of Tax and Payroll Legislation: Comprehensive understanding of income tax and payroll legislation related to incentive compensation across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, is advantageous.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

    • Client Service Delivery: Provide support and guidance for processing equity and incentive award payroll calculations and instructions, using our advanced, flexible platform. Ensure all activities comply with payroll regulations and service level agreements, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
    • Global Coordination: Lead the strategic coordination of information exchange between KPMG member firms, ensuring data is consistently current, accurate, and relevant.
    • Deadline & Data Accuracy Management: As a manager, uphold the highest standards of service quality by ensuring accurate data delivery to clients within specified timelines.
    • Client & Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary contact for client interactions, provide exceptional support, and lead the management of relationships with third-party vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Tool Development & Testing: Oversee the ongoing development and testing of our market-leading tool, ensuring it remains aligned with evolving client needs.
    • Marketing & Client Acquisition Support: Lead and support global marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive new client acquisition.
    • Team Support: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to their career development.
