GBS and ServiceNow Senior Project Manager (Principal Consultant) - Shared Services and Outsourcing Consulting

    • A minimum of 7 years of experience working in the SSC/GBS/BPO sector
    • Understand ServiceNow assessment, design, and system implementation methodologies. Experience in at least one implementation of ServiceNow.
    • A ServiceNow certificate validating proficiency with the system is highly desirable.
    • Functional and technical knowledge and experience of ServiceNow, including workflows. Knowledge of another ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Remedy, Zendesk) is a plus
    • Proficiency in at least one business process, such as Finance, IT, HR, Global Supply Chain and Procurement, Master Data Management, FP&A, Banking, or Financial processes
    • Experience creating user stories, documentation, business-system analysis, and gathering process and system requirements
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate conversations with business stakeholders in project definition, business and functional requirements definition, design, and implementation sessions. Experience conducting workshops with Clients and guiding Clients toward solutions
    • Business English is a must
    • Availability for international travel (minimum 50% of working time)
    • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
    • Higher education, preferably in Technology, Project management, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields
    • Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be a plus
    • It would be nice to have experience creating GBS strategies, GBS targeting operational models, or implementing and optimizing Shared Services Centers

    • Engage in the entire project life cycle from requirements gathering to solution deployment of ServiceNow in SSC/GBS various departments
    • Providing subject expert support for other team members in Finance, IT, HR, Global Supply Chain and Procurement, Master Data Management, FP&A, Banking or Financial processes
    • Defining the scope and approach for project work and supervising project execution
    • Provide functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities
    • Analyze and implement measures to increase organizational efficiency through ServiceNow implementation
    • Working within the Client's ServiceNow project and technology teams
    • Translate and simplify requirements for developers through user stories
    • Facilitate and lead meetings and workshops to drive understanding and solution development
