    • Provide financial and administrative support to our client teams based in Switzerland
    • Organize and setup access rights to tools and platforms
    • Monitor functional mailboxes and ensure replies to internal and external requests are sent within agreed KPIs
    • Independently prepare excel based reports and offer a pre-analysis of data to show areas that need action
    • Financial reporting and invoicing based on data pulled from various tools
    • Electronic filing of documents to correct e-folder structure (review documents, decide about content and save at relevant place)
    • Arrange meetings with clients/KPMG network
