Our requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data engineering roles.
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Microsoft Data Stack.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, relational database design, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL optimization, and data pipelines.
- Experience with Azure ecosystem (Data Lake, Synapse, Functions, Service Bus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in distributed teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) for technical documentation and team communication.
- Hands on experience with Azure DevOps
- Analytical thinking, positive energy, proactivity, „I can do” attitude
Additional assets:
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
- Knowledge of data security standards and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-based data architecture and big data technologies.
- Understanding of software and code architecture principles to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
Tasks
- Lead data transformation processes using ETL pipelines (Azure Data Factory).
- Guarantee performance, scalability, and reliability of data workflows.
- Own and drive part of the data strategy for enterprise-level solutions.
- Design and implement data models optimized for analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust data architectures.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for data governance and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

They are related mainly to international personal income taxes (GMS – Global Mobility Services) and management of human resources.
