- Ability to identify potential problems and issues easily
- Ability to adjust to hybrid working (onsite with peers and colleagues and remotely with client teams).
- German is a plus

- Provide administrative support to our client teams based in Switzerland
- Allocate the electronic incoming Mail in our internal Tools
- Support with sending Swiss Tax Questionnaires
- Track and request Deadline Extensions
- File Power of Attorneys with Swiss Tax Authorities
- Monitor functional mailboxes and ensure replies to internal and external requests are sent within agreed KPIs
- Independently prepare excel based reports and for a pre-analysis of data to show areas that need action
- Financial reporting and invoicing based on data pulled from various tools
- Arrange meetings with clients and/or within the KPMG network
