    • University degree in Law, Economics or a related field
    • Previous experience in Polish and/or international taxation would be an asset; however, we also welcome graduates eager to learn and develop their expertise in Global Mobility Services
    • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
    • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
    • Curiosity, analytical thinking and the ability to analyse problems and communicate conclusions clearly
    • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
    • Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Previous experience in a client-facing role would be an asset

    • Maintaining strong relationships with clients 
    • Coordinating day-to-day global mobility processes for international assignees, including collaboration with KPMG’s Global Mobility Services network and clients’ global coordination teams
    • Analysing and interpreting double tax treaties and totalization agreements
    • Analysing compensation structures and expatriate packages
    • Managing Global Mobility advisory projects​

    Get to know the team better

    Our Global Mobility Services (GMS) team provides tax and technology solutions to multinational companies with employees assigned all over the world. The Tax Consultant will join the team running one of our largest global engagements, which is centrally managed and coordinated by our Krakow office. As part of the global coordination team you will have the opportunity to work on a range of income tax and social security advisory projects involving many different countries. You will help coordinate KPMG’s services in over 90 different countries around the world and will be part of a multicultural team.
