    • excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (mandatory)
    • communicative level of Polish
    • advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and initial experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
    • strong understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram) and ability to create engaging content
    • proficiency in MS Office and confidence working in a remote environment
    • initial experience in marketing or employer branding will be considered an advantage
    • openness to part-time employment

    • coordinating marketing activities with university partners throughout the academic semester, including reporting and performance tracking to continuously optimize impact 
    • creating and delivering engaging content across formats - including text & visuals - for newsletters, presentations, and social media (organic and paid), in both German and English
    • developing creative design concepts and drafts for smaller projects, such as promotional materials for events and giveaways
    • preparing on brand visuals and captions in German and English for social media posts across P&R

    Get to know the team better

    Our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence team is involved in broadly defined support of HR Teams in Employment, Recruitment, Learning & Development related activities at KPMG companies in Western Europe. Among other things, we are responsible for handling of administrative HR tasks, joiner, mover and leaver processes, preparation of employee documentation, interview coordination, posting job advertisements, conducting preselection and direct search of candidates, participation in performance, feedback & onboarding process and administration of L&D tools.
