Education & experience
- University degree (preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science in Economics, IT, or related economic/technical fields)
- 2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Core competencies
- Strong focus on quality of work and attention to detail

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to assess situations and solve problems independently
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Technical & hard skills
- Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps or similar workflow automation solutions
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, DevOps)
- Interest in modern technologies, including AI and process automation
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Languages
- English – at least B2 (working proficiency)
- Polish – at least C2 (working proficiency)
Tasks
- Participate in the creation and implementation of modern software supporting employee-related business processes
- Create concepts, specifications, and formulate business requirements based on input from internal clients, ensuring completeness and clarity
- Test and verify implemented IT solutions in cooperation with stakeholders
- Support the development team in backlog management and prioritization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external client
- Conduct user training sessions and present software functionalities
