    Education & experience

    • University degree (preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science in Economics, IT, or related economic/technical fields)
    • 2–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role

    Core competencies

    • Strong focus on quality of work and attention to detail
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Ability to assess situations and solve problems independently
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    Technical & hard skills

    • Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
    • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps or similar workflow automation solutions
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
    • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, DevOps)
    • Interest in modern technologies, including AI and process automation
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

    Languages

    • English – at least B2 (working proficiency)
    • Polish – at least C2 (working proficiency)

    Tasks

    • Participate in the creation and implementation of modern software supporting employee-related business processes
    • Create concepts, specifications, and formulate business requirements based on input from internal clients, ensuring completeness and clarity
    • Test and verify implemented IT solutions in cooperation with stakeholders
    • Support the development team in backlog management and prioritization
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external client
    • Conduct user training sessions and present software functionalities
