Join our Tax GMS Developers team and support the delivery of technology solutions for global mobility and tax processes. We are looking for junior and mid-level Business Analysts who are eager to develop their skills in a collaborative, international environment.In this role, you will work closely with business and technology teams to define requirements and support the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Familiarity with software development tools and technologies
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of tools and technologies such as Power BI / Power Query, Alteryx, Visual Basic, RPA, Python, or other programming languages is an advantage

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business and system requirements
- Define software solutions aligned with business needs
- Prepare functional specifications and use cases for development teams
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
- Support testing activities and ensure solutions meet user and business expectations
- Contribute to project planning, including timelines and deliverables
- Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigation actions
- Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and any issues
- Facilitate effective communication between business units and technology teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the software development process
