Junior Business Analyst - Tax GMS Developers

- Higher education (or final year of studies) – preferred fields: IT, economics, finance, mathematics, management, data analysis, or related areas
- Basic understanding of manual testing processes, test case creation, and bug reporting
- Interest in data analysis, testing and optimization of business processes
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, Power BI, or other BI tools are a plus)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts (manual testing experience is a plus)
- Good self-organization, independence, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Business proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
Nice to Have
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira) or manual testing
- Ability to work with databases (e.g., basic SQL)
- Knowledge of .NET programming language
- Familiarity with reporting automation tools or basic programming (e.g., VBA, Python)

- Supporting the team in manual testing of tools and systems used in tax-related projects (Tax/GMS)
- Creating, developing, and executing test cases and test scenarios (functional, regression, etc.)
- Reporting bugs, preparing test documentation, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues
- Data analysis and preparation of regular reports for clients and the team (in Excel)
- Participating in project meetings and supporting business requirements analysis
- Documenting processes and preparing user manuals
