Our requirements
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- experience with Agile development methodologies
- familiarity with software development tools and technologies
- ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- knowledge in in Power BI/Query, Alteryx, Visual Basics, RPA, Python scripts or a programming language is a plus
Tasks
- work with stakeholders to identify and document software requirements
- define software solutions that meet business needs
- create functional specifications and use cases for software development teams
- collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are met
- ensure that software solutions are tested and delivered to meet customer expectations
- participate in the development of project plans and timelines
- identify project risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them
- ensure that project stakeholders are informed of project status and issues
- facilitate communication between business units and technology teams
- continuously improve the software development process
